What to Bring
WHAT TO BRING TO RUNNINGWORKS CROSS COUNTRY CAMP:
PLEASE LABEL ALL BELONGINGS and KEEP TOILETRIES IN A PORTABLE KIT with your name on it!
2 pairs of running shoes (no racing shoes!)
Running shorts/socks/tops for the week
Slacks, shorts, shirts for the week
Underwear, socks for the week
Jacket, sweater, rainwear (it can get cold up here in August!)
Sheets & blankets, or sleeping bag
Pillow & pillow case
sandals/flip-flops for shower/pool
Small Fan recommended (there is electricity in the cabins)
Flashlight with extra batteries
Disposable masks or enough for the week if you are NOT vaccinated. Masks will be required if social distancing is compromised
NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES.
OPTIONAL: Campers may want to bring a little spending money for the snack bar and running store. Please note that RunningWorks operates under the HONOR SYSTEM. RunningWorks is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Campers may bring their own snacks, but must keep them in an airtight container in their cabin. Campers may also bring their own fishing equipment, as the lake is stocked and we do have a fishing contest! PRESCRIPTION DRUGS are permitted only with signed parent permission and dosage instructions. Please see specific permission form on Registration Page. Medications will be kept and administered by our trainer unless permission is given for self-administration, such as inhalers.
