- 6:30am Wake Up
- 7:00am Running Groups Meet: Active & Dynamic Warm Up/Gait Analysis
- 7:15am RUN!
- 8:45am Breakfast
- 11:00am Interactive Lecture/Skills
- 12:15pm Lunch
- 1:15pm Optional Classes, Pool and Recreation
- 3:00pm Running Groups Meet: Active & Dynamic Warm Up/Gait Analysis
- 3:15pm – RUN!
- 4:00pm Pool/Recreation
- 6:00pm Dinner
- 7:00pm GAME TIME!
- 8:00pm Guest Speaker and/or Event
- 9:00pm Snack Bar/Movies
- 10:00pm Lights Out
On the last night of camp there will be an Athlete’s Social/Dance, complete with D.J. and Special Guests!
***Note: with the exception of the first and last days, all other days will have two runs!
