WHAT RUNNINGWORKS IS:
Established in 1999 by Olympian and World Champion, Villanova Coach Marcus O’Sullivan, RunningWorks emphasizes education and provides an excellent foundation for your cross country season. Certified athletic trainer and nurse are also on staff. Interactive seminars include training, physiology, alternative training methods, plyometrics, strength and flexibility, nutrition, gait analysis, goal setting, racing tactics and mental preparation.
