RUNNINGWORKS CROSS COUNTRY CAMP in the Pocono Mountains, Canadensis PA:
*Monday August 13th to Saturday, August 18th, 2018
CHECK-IN: Between 1:00pm and 3:00pm on the first day of camp
CHECK-OUT: Between 10:00am and 11:00am on the last day of camp
PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE FOR CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT:
There will be a $10.00 late fee for late check-out with an additional $20.00 per hour after 12:00pm. Late arrivals or early dismissals from camp must be cleared with the Camp Director ahead of time.
MEALS: Dinner will be provided on the first day, breakfast on the last day. All other days, all three meals will be served. Vegetarian options at all meals. No peanuts served. Campers may bring their own snacks, but should place in sealable containers. No refrigerators permitted.
ROOMMATES: We will do our best to place you with your teammates and friends. The Pocono location has cabins. Due to the different sizes of the cabins, larger teams will be split into nearby cabins. Please make certain to specify roommates in your registration so that you will at least have one buddy with you! Don’t worry if you attend camp without your teammates – we will place you with athletes in the same situation.
RUNNING GROUPS: We do our best to place athletes in the appropriate training group. Please make sure to provide camper’s average weekly summer mileage along with their personal best times – and email us with any updates! Campers who leave out this information from the Registration Form will be placed in the slowest running group at camp. Camp is for every level. You will be grouped by your ability and fitness, but please come with some summer training.
