JOIN US FOR OUR 20th YEAR!

MIDDLE SCHOOL MINI CAMP: incoming 6th, 7th & 8th Graders. Sunday, August 12th to Wednesday August 15th, 2018.  This is an Overnight Camp! *Special, separate program designed for younger runners!

$370 if payment is received before June 1st, $395 if payment is received after June 1st

HIGH SCHOOL CAMP: incoming 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th Graders. Monday, August 13th to Saturday, August 18th, 2018. Overnight Camp.

$585 if payment is received before June 1st, $625 if payment is received after June 1st

Team Discount of $20 per person if 10 or more people from one school attend. (Team Discounts given in cash after camp check-in).

Free Tuition may apply to Lisa’s Fund Candidates

Both camps are located in the Pocono Mountains at Camp Canadensis. Campers stay in modernized cabins. Miles of trails around Lake Lenape – no busing to runs!

Camp Jobs

RunningWorks Cross Country Camps provide an excellent foundation for your cross country season. We offer an overnight camp for high school athletes. The camp features sport-specific training, conditioning, motivational activities and fun! We’re staffed by certified coaches, Olympians, NCAA All-Americans and collegiate conference champions, giving individual and small group instruction. Certified athletic trainers are also on staff. Interactive seminars include training, physiology, alternative training methods, plyometrics, strength and flexibility, nutrition, gait analysis, goal setting, racing tactics and mental preparation as well as optional master classes. Past speakers include former high school phenom, Mary Cain and Olympians Julie Culley, Chris Solinsky, Erin Donohue and Bob Kennedy!
