Camps are located in the Pocono Mountains at beautiful Camp Canadensis. Campers stay in modernized cabins. Miles of trails around Lake Lenape No busing to runs! Olympians on Staff. World Class Speakers. Small Group Instruction. Science Based Training for every level. Strength, flexibility, nutrition, goal setting, mental preparation, racing tactics, team building & FUN camp activities, like kayaking & swimming. Established in 1999 by Olympian and World Champion, Villanova Coach Marcus O’Sullivan.

MIDDLE SCHOOL MINI CAMP: incoming 6th, 7th & 8th Graders. MONDAY, August 17th to THURSDAY August 20th, 2020This is an Overnight Camp! *Special, separate program designed for younger runners!

Total tuition is $380 if full payment is received before June 1st, $405 if otherwise

HIGH SCHOOL CAMP: incoming 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th Graders. MONDAY, August 17th to SATURDAY, August 22nd, 2020. Overnight Camp.

Total tuition is $595 if full payment is received before June 1st, $635 if otherwise

RunningWorks Cross Country Camps provide an excellent foundation for your cross country season. We offer an overnight camp for high school athletes. The camp features sport-specific training, conditioning, motivational activities and fun! We’re staffed by certified coaches, Olympians, NCAA All-Americans and collegiate conference champions, giving individual and small group instruction. Certified athletic trainers are also on staff. Interactive seminars include training, physiology, alternative training methods, plyometrics, strength and flexibility, nutrition, gait analysis, goal setting, racing tactics and mental preparation as well as optional master classes. Past speakers include former high school phenom, Mary Cain and Olympians Julie Culley, Chris Solinsky, Erin Donohue and Bob Kennedy!
